ORDER AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES
ZILLIONAIRE is not liable for accuracy of orders and you should double check your order before finalising payment.
Once an order has been placed and finalised on our website, we’re unable to amend your order under any circumstances. ZILLIONAIRE is not responsible for providing input for personalisation of products. You should ensure you have provided details of personalisation you want on any products before finalising an order.
Once an order is placed, cancellations to orders are not permitted.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Due to the busy season all orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Please note that during peak periods, these times may be subject to change.
Parcels using tracked shipping method means the package will be tracked through to delivery. Please ensure you check with your local national carrier for further updates.
ZILLIONAIRE does not take any responsibility for delays or items sent to invalid or incorrect addresses. If an item is still deemed in transit, ZILLIONAIRE is unable to provide a refund for your order. Delayed items are not permitted for a refund. An item will qualify for a complementary replacement by ZILLIONAIRE if deemed lost by Courier representatives.
ZILLIONAIRE is not responsible for items returned to sender for the following reasons:
– Incorrect/ insufficient address
– Unclaimed from the post office
– Failure to pay taxes/customs fees
If a package is returned or rejected, it is the customer’s responsibility to email support@imzillionaire.com to arrange redelivery and may be liable to pay for postage costs.
Some postal services will deliver your item to your door, porch and/or mailbox. ZILLIONAIRE will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if your parcel is left at an unattended address.
The Customer Care team will provide as much assistance as possible to trace a missing parcel, however, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with their local carrier.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. ZILLIONAIRE will endeavour to ensure all quantities displayed online are true and accurate, however will not be liable for any products that are not available at the time of your checkout.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
ZILLIONAIRE reserves the right to terminate or cancel orders when there has been a website malfunction, technical disturbance or incorrect price displayed. A notification to the customer will be immediately sent and any payment received from the customer will be refunded.
All ZILLIONAIRE products are branded with gold foil and will have the “ZILLIONAIRE” logo present in gold. This applies to all monogrammed products, including those personalised with the ‘Silver Monogram and Other Color Monograms’ customisation option except our limited collection.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Due to COVID-19 shipping time frames can vary. This is due to limited flight capacities and different restrictions in place worldwide.
Please be aware orders can be withheld in customs for processing which is mandatory with certain customs regulatory bodies. These delays are not the responsibility of ZILLIONAIRE and customers will not be reimbursed if orders incur customs charges.
TAXES DUTIES AND/OR CUSTOMS FEES
There may be taxes or duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. Please know these charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge and are unable to be paid for or reimbursed by ZILLIONAIRE.
If you do not pay your customs fees your order may be destroyed/abandoned and we are unable to provide an reimbursement of your order. It is the customers responsibility to contact the relevant customs office to find if you are affected by these charges.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Under no circumstances will monogrammed or customised products be accepted for return due to change of mind. We do not refund or exchange monogrammed or customised products unless the item is faulty.
ZILLIONAIRE is not liable for incorrectly purchased products. If an item is incorrect, ZILLIONAIRE is unable exchange, replace or refund these products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your product is faulty or damaged in transit ZILLIONAIRE will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
ZILLIONAIRE will not produce or distribute discount codes unless stated otherwise. Promotions and discounts will be announced on all social media and email outlets. Once a promotion or sale has ended under no circumstances will ZILLIONAIRE to extend this offer.
If a discount code is valid, it is the customers’ responsibility to apply this to their order at the time of purchase only. ZILLIONAIRE is not liable or obligated to apply any discount codes once an order has been processed.
All orders purchased in any sale period are exempt from exchanges, refunds and/or replacements.
